How long does order processing take?
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time covers order verification, quality inspection, and packaging. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays begin processing the next business day. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take closer to the 5-business-day window. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

At this time, each order can only be shipped to a single address. How do I start a return with Calivell?

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions. How long does it take to receive a refund?
